FITNESS
At Warrior Women, our fitness programs are designed to empower women through dynamic and functional training that goes beyond aesthetics. Our Warrior Kickboxing sessions tap into the natural fight endorphins that are ingrained in our DNA, providing an exhilarating way to express strength and energy. Complementing this, we offer diverse workouts featuring bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, and the Gada, or Indian Mace, which enhance functional strength and flexibility. Our holistic approach focuses on building a strong foundation that supports not just fitness, but a vibrant and fulfilling lifestyle. We believe that fitness should enable you to thrive in every aspect of life, equipping you with the strength and resilience to take on any challenge that comes your way.






SELF DEFENSE
Learning quality self-defense is crucial for women, as it not only enhances personal safety but also fosters confidence and empowerment. By training under the guidance of women martial arts and self-defense experts, participants gain invaluable insights from instructors who understand the unique challenges women face. This supportive environment encourages open dialogue and builds camaraderie among participants, making the learning experience both effective and enjoyable. Additionally, women who engage in self-defense training develop physical skills, mental resilience, and a strong sense of self-worth, equipping them to navigate the world with greater assurance and a proactive mindset. WELLNESS
At Warrior Women, our wellness training is designed to nurture both body and mind, fostering a holistic approach to health. We offer a comprehensive program that includes mobility and flexibility training, meditation, mindset coaching, mental performance strategies, and nutrition guidance. Our wellness education extends to transformative practices such as cold plunges, sauna sessions, steam therapy, salt therapy, and grounding techniques. By emphasizing the development of simple, sustainable habits—like taking walks, soaking up sunlight, and staying hydrated—we empower women to cultivate a healthier lifestyle. These practices not only enhance physical well-being but also promote mental clarity, emotional resilience, and overall vitality, enabling women to thrive in every aspect of their lives.






MARTIAL ARTS
At Warrior Women, our Martial Arts and Lifestyle program invites women to fully embrace the Warrior Women way of life through the transformative teachings of Sifu Singh and the JKDAA, uniquely filtered through the expertise of Beverly Pratka, the only woman to achieve the rank of Sifu in the JKDAA. This comprehensive program centers around Jeet Kune Do while incorporating elements of Filipino Kali, French Savate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and more, creating a rich tapestry of martial arts. The distinctive aspect of this program lies in its empowering environment, where women learn from women. This fosters a sense of camaraderie and understanding, allowing participants to cultivate not only martial skills but also confidence, resilience, and a deep sense of community. Together, we celebrate strength, growth, and the journey of becoming true Warrior Women.
